Reflection Report No. 2: SIAP SIAGA Partner Mid-Year Reflections on 2021 Program Results

The Reflection Workshop provides a forum to critically assess the results of the activities and provide recommendations to SIAP SIAGA related to what is working, what is not, emerging pathways or opportunities and to provide guidance on risk management. The second SIAP SIAGA Partner Reflection Workshop was held virtually on 15 July 2021, with the aim to share insights and recommendations from the period of January-June 2021 through a stocktaking of national and sub-national lessons from the program and to discuss implications for future programming.

Invited participants came from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA), Provincial Disaster Management Agencies (BPBD) of East Java, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Provincial Development Planning Agencies of East Java, NTT, Bali and NTB, the Provincial Tourism Office of NTT, the Village and Community Development, Regional Population and Civil Registry Office (DISMPMD DUKCAPIL) of Bali; the Provincial Communication, Informatics and Statistic Office of Bali; and SIAP SIAGA Grant Partners: LPBI NU, MDMC, ADRA Indonesia, PTD Consortium Ademos, YABIKU NTT and RedR Indonesia as well as various local CSOs from Bali, NTT and East Java and academics from the University of Diponegoro, the University of Mataram and the University of Airlangga.
